Service Description
*Service Visit Includes: -On-site visit within 1-hour driving distance of Wintersville, Ohio -Professional inspection of pool equipment and system -Attempt to identify the issue the customer is experiencing -Minor adjustments or corrections when possible *Important Notes: -Service visit fee covers diagnosis and inspection only -Repairs, parts, chemicals, or additional labor are not included -If repairs are needed, a separate estimate will be provided -Payment is due for the service visit regardless of outcome *Service visits are available within 1 hour of Wintersville, Ohio at standard pricing. Locations beyond this distance must call to schedule, and additional travel charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
There is no fee for cancelations that occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, if cancelation occurs within this timeframe, a fee of 50% will be charged.
